ToppersTalk.com is a project of The Kayal First Trust - a non-profit, charitable Trust. The Website carries detailed interviews with the toppers in the academic examinations at the HSC level in the state of Tamil Nadu every year.

The purpose of this project is to recognise the extra-ordinary achievements of those young students, who make enormous sacrifices - preparing meticulously and methodically for several months - to face the academic exams that would determine the course of their life.

By recognising those achievements and by explaining - in the words of the toppers themselves - the road to success, we wish to inspire the next set of young students to emulate the achievements of their predecessors.

This project would not have been possible but for the cooperation of the Toppers. We would like to sincerely acknowledge the enthusiastic support that the toppers had given by sharing with us their experience and plans leading up to the examinations.
