The Kayal First Trust - a non-profit, public, charitable trust that owns ToppersTalk.com - has been organising Meet the State Topper events since 2006 - in Kayalpatnam, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu. Kayalpatnam is about 8 kilometres away from Tiruchendur.

The event is organised in association with Iqra Educational Society, a Kayalpatnam-based Educational organisation.

Meet the State Topper event is an interactive program - involving the State Topper of the year in the HSC (Plus Two) Public Examinations and the students of local schools of Kayalpatnam who would be taking the public exams at the end of the academic year.

The live program sees the topper (with his/her parents) answering questions from the students of Kayalpatnam, their parents and the teachers. The topper addresses a wide-range of questions during the interaction (on study hours, specific methods of preparation of each subject, spending spare time, role of family, school etc).

It is an inspirational occasion for the student community to meet the State Topper in person. Through such interactions, the students also realise - it is humanly possible for everyone to achieve academic excellence - if they plan properly and act.
