According to the previous year details the NEET application form was released in the month of November every year. But this year due to the pandemic issue going on the NEET 2021 application date has delayed for release.

But now according to the latest news, NTA will release the NEET 2021 application form and examination details very soon on their official website.

How to apply for NEET 2021

There will be a total of 4 Major steps to complete the NEET 2021 Registration process. The steps are as given below:

0) Create a profile for NEET 2021 application form.

1) Apply online for NEET 2021 application form.

2) Upload documents for NEET 2021 registration process.

3) Make payment for NEET 2021 application form.

4) Generate print for NEET 2021 reciept for confirmation or further reference.

Create a profile for NEEET 2021

We need to create a student profile before applying NEET 2021 application form. Follow the steps given below to create a profile.

Step 1: Visit the NTA official website at www.ntaneet.nic.in

Step 2: Read the information and click on the Fill Application form.

Step 3: The instruction page will appear on your device screen, read all the instructions carefully.

Step 4: click on the check box for “I have read understood all the instructions mentioned above and the Information Bulletien”, and press on Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG) – 2021.

Step 5: NEET 2021 new the registration form will be appeared on your device screen as below:

Step 6: Now fill your personal information as required in the application form. (Note: Name should be according to 10th Mark sheet)

Now fill in your details like, Candidate’s Name, Mother's Name, Father's Name & Category (ST, SC, OBC (NCL), UR, EWS)

Step 7: Person with Disability (PWD) *: YES/NO

If yes then provide the Disability details like Locomotor Disability, including Specified Disabilities in this category under RPwD Act 2016, Intellectual Disability including Specified Disabilities in this category under RPwD Act 2016, Mental Behaviour/Mental illness, Disabilities caused due to Choronic Neurological Conditions and Blood Disorders, Visual Impartment, Hearing Impartment, Speech & Language disability etc.

Step 8: select Disabilities percentage if applicable in your case.

Step 9:  Need help from the NTA side for then select “Need scribe” yes, in the application form.

Step 10: Select candidates date of birth.

Step 11: Click on Gender and select your gender (male, female, transgender).

Step 12: Select your Nationality according to your eligibility criteria. Indian or Foreign.

Step 13: Select your 15% (All India Quota) eligibility state quota from the given list on your device screen.

Step 14: Select your Identification type from the given list on your device screen. (Aadhar Number (Last 4 digit only), Voter ID (election card/EPIC No.), Passport, Ration Card, Bank Account, Other valid Gov Identity)

Step 15: Now Enter Identification Number (As per selected Identification Type).

Step 16: Enter your Mobile number (Please mention your own/Parent’s Mobile no. and email ID as you will receive One Time Password (OTP) for final submission of online application & future communication on the same.)

Step 17: Enter your Email ID ((Please mention your own/Parent’s Mobile no. and email ID as you will receive One Time Password (OTP) for final submission of online application & future communication on the same.)

Step 18: Now here you can provide your “Alternate Mobile Number & Email ID” also.

Step 19: Enter your security pin (Case sensitive), the (Image) Captcha will appear on your device screen and you must fill it in the next given box.

Step 20: You can Click on Preview and Next button for further process or you can click on the RESET button to reset all the details.

Step 21: You can check here all your information will appear on your device screen. Check all the details carefully.

Step 22: Now re-login with your credential which is created by you earlier for NEET 2021 registration.

Step 23: Set your security question for your further security purpose.

i.e. What is the name of your favourite teacher, Which is your favourite subject, What is the name of your first school, Which is your favourite book, etc.

Step 24: Click on the given answer box on your screen and answer it.

Step 25: Follow the OTP verification process. You will get the OTP on your e-mail or Registered Mobile number.

Step 26: Enter the OTP in the given box and click on submit button.

Step 27: After successfully submitted your OTP verification you will get the msg like below:

Apply online for NEET 2021

Now you need to proceed through your Provisional Application Number which is created earlier as above:

Step 1: Enter your Provisional Application number and your password from the login page.

Step 2: You can check your filled details as preview and also you can check some details which cannot be now in a RED marked.

Step 3: Select the choice of medium of the question paper. (Medium of Question Paper once submitted, cannot be edited.)

Step 4: Choice your examination city.

There will be 4 (four) choice options are given to choice examination city. Select your city as per your convenience.

Step 5: Click on SAVE AS DRAFT or NEXT button.

Step 6: Enter your class 10^th academic details as the required format which is given in the application form.

(Name of Education Board, Name of The School / College, Address of The School / College, Year of Passing, State where Class X school/college is located, Percentage of Marks obtained in Class 10^th, Enter Roll Number of Class 10th, Place of Study).

Step 7: Enter your class 11^th academic details as the required format which is given in the application form.

(Name of The School / College, Year of Passing, Place of Study, State where Class XI school/college is located, District where Class XI school/college is located)

Step 8: Enter your Academic Details of Qualifying Examination (CLASS – 12th or Equivalent).

(Name  of Education Board, Name of The School / College, Address of The School / College, Year of Passing, Place of Study, State where Class X school/college is located, Mode of Preparation, Qualifying Examination Code, Percentage of Marks obtained in Class 12^th, Enter Roll Number of Class 12^th)

Step 9: Enter details of Marks of Qualifying Exams (Class – 12th or Equivalent).

(English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology)

Note: Candidates who have studied Botany and Zoology separately shall indicate the total of the two.

Step 10: Click on SAVE AS DRAFT or click on NEXT.

Step 11: enter the your permanent address details.

(House Number, Locality Land Mark, Village/Town/City, Zip Code, State, District).

Step 12: Click on “Correspondence Address”, if your Correspondence Address will be same then click on the check box. (House Number, Locality Land Mark, Village/Town/City, Zip Code, State, District).

Step 13: Enter your Parents/guardians. (Qualification, occupation, and Annual Income).

Step 14: Enter your Dress Code details, “Do you intend to wear Customary Dress Contrary to the Dress Code while appearing in NEET (UG) – 2021?” click Yes or No.

Step 15: Enter the security pin and fill the box by captcha.

Step 16: Click SAVE AS DRAFT or PREVIEW AND SUBMIT.

Step 17: Here you have successfully completed your 1^st step of Application for NEET 2021. Now you have to submit your documents in the 2^nd step below.

Upload Documents NEET 2021

Here you have to upload documents for NEET 2021 application form for further process. The below listed documents you need to submit for proceeding. 

Required Documents for NEET 2021:

Photograph (Format: JPG & Size: 10kb to 200kb)

Signature (Format: JPG & Size: 4kb to 30kb)

Certificate (Format: JPG & Size: 100kb to 300kb)

Left hand thumb impression (Format: JPG & Size: 10kb to 50kb)

Postcard Size Photo (Format: JPG & Size: 50kb to 300kb)

Make payment for NEET 2021

After the successfully upload documents you need to process for fees payment for NEET 2021 application form.
