NTSE 2021 Syllabus

Every NTSE 2021 aspirants have to aware of NTSE 2021 for better performance. National Talent Search Examination is the most prestigious examination in India. 

It is very important for every candidate to know what are the pattern as well as the syllabus for this examination for better performance. The NTSE syllabus has given by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).

As per the examination pattern, there are two stages in this exam, and in both examination has two papers. Paper 1 is Mental Ability Test (MAT) and paper 2 is the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). 

In both individual papers there 100 Multiple choice questions (MCQs). As we compile both the paper, there will be a total of 200 MCQs in a single stage. Each question carries 1 mark and 120 minutes given to finish it. There will be no negative marking system in stage 1.

As we know the NTSE exam is the most prestigious examination in India, that’s why there is a level of competition that will be very high. So every student needs to start preparation from starting from his/her respective class from 10th begging.

The fundamental way to prepare for the National Talent Search Exam and become NTSE Scholar is by enhancing your knowledge and applications of the conceptual knowledge of the syllabus up to class 10th.

 In the syllabus, there is a little number of topics of Science and Mathematics required level of academic knowledge as about 15% of questions in SAT paper asked are based on these applications part. It will be cover applications knowledge of class 9th or higher is not required.

 This can be done with the in-depth practice of advanced level problems on the syllabus of NCERT 9th and 10th Grade. Students have to focus on state board Social studies in the first stage, but in the case of stage 2, there will be required knowledge of the whole country.
